With all of the information that’s already out there, Intel might as well announce its 10th Gen Core processors right now, but alas, fans will have to wait until April 30 for the official announcement. According to El Chapuzas Informatico and VideoCardz, that’s when Intel will lift the veil on Comet Lake-S and provide some internal benchmarks.

Unfortunately, we may not be getting any reviews for at least two months. Wccftech claims that the embargo on these 10th Gen Core processors won’t be lifted until May 27th, which is when they’ll officially go on sale at retailers, along with the new Z490, H470 and B460 motherboards.

For the time being, Intel fans can check out some additional marketing slides that have leaked for Comet Lake-S. As most of us know by now, the flagships are the i9-10900K/KF – 10/20T chips that can supposedly hit 5.3 GHz with new Thermal Velocity Boost technology. The top i7 and i5 parts are the i5-10600K/KF and i7-10700K/KF, which can boost up to 4.8 GHz and 5.1 GHz, respectively.
