
Cooler Master has launched the GX II Gold series, a new lineup of ATX 3.0 power supplies that feature a 12VHPWR connector for delivering power to the GeForce RTX 4090 and other modern NVIDIA graphics cards. Available in 850- and 750-watt output capacities, these new fully modular PSUs come with a 90-degree 12+4-pin 12VHPWR PCIe 5.0 connector that, according to marketing materials, prevents cable wear and enables improved safety. Users will also find a zero-RPM mode for silent operation at lower temperatures/power loads.
