Carmen Sandiego, a reboot of the classic educational video game series that the now-defunct Broderbund Software originally introduced in 1985 with the franchise’s first title, Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?, is coming to several platforms in 2025, including PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Windows PCs, and Netflix, developer Gameloft and publisher HarperCollins Productions have announced. Carmen Sandiego Returns, the most recent installment of the franchise, was released for Windows PCs and iOS in 2015.
