The Core Ultra 9 285K, a new flagship CPU that Intel will reportedly be announcing very soon as part of its opening volley of “Arrow Lake-S” desktop processors, will deliver gaming performance that’s on par with the Core i9-14900K while drawing notably less power, according to leaked slides for the chip that have surfaced online via Chinese media. The Arrow Lake part is said to deliver 261 FPS while drawing 447 watts, while the current flagship is said to deliver 264 FPS while drawing 527 watts—an 80-watt difference. See the slides below.
