AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D Arrives on November 7 with All-Core Clock Speeds of Up to 5.6 GHz

The Ryzen 7 9800X3D, the first “Zen 5” desktop processor to feature 3D V-Cache technology, will be released on Thursday, November 7, according to the latest promotional materials from AMD, including a tweet from Jack Huynh, senior vice president and general manager of the Computing and Graphics Group at the company. News of the 9800X3D’s impending arrival comes on the same day that benchmarks for the CPU surfaced online, with an FFXIV: Dawntrail benchmark showing a score of 62,360 (720p) and a Cinebench R23 test (25,258) showing all-core clock speeds of around 5.6 GHz. The benchmarks, including a holiday sales event for existing Ryzen 9000 Series processors, can be found below.
