The Ryzen 7 9800X3D, one of AMD’s first “Zen 5” desktop processors to leverage 3D V-Cache technology, will deliver 8% higher gaming performance and 15% higher multi-threaded performance than its predecessor, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, according to a marketing slide that leaked online today. These performance estimates come 14 days ahead of the launch of the CPU and the rest of the initial Ryzen 9000X3D Series, which, according to a teaser video that AMD recently shared, will be happening on Thursday, November 7.
