Half-Life 2, Valve’s iconic 2004 first-person shooter, is turning 20 years old this week, and one company that hasn’t forgotten is NVIDIA, having shared a new article today about how it will be celebrating the game’s latest birthday in several ways. Those would include a new sweepstakes, one in which players can enter to win a custom-wrapped Half-Life 2 GeForce RTX 4080 SUPER graphics card that not only includes the Half-Life 2 logo, but protagonist Gordon Freeman on the shroud. NVIDIA is also commemorating Half-Life 2’s 20th anniversary with a tribute video that celebrates the game’s “enduring legacy,” as well as a new gallery that shows off some of the assets that can be found in Half-Life 2 RTX.
