MSI LGA 1851 Offset Kit Enhancer Tested on Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with MAG CORELIQUID I360

Gaming Temperature Testing

We are testing with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K on an MSI MPG Z890 EDGE TI WIFI Motherboard, with a MAG CORELIQUID I360, with Kingston Fury Renegade DDR5 CUDIMM at 6400MT/s JEDEC, and Windows 11 Pro on Best Performance power profile and Intel Defaults in the BIOS. We are reporting CPU temperature from HWiNFO64 CPU Package temperature.

Cyberpunk 2077 Temperature MSI LGA 1851 Offset Kit Enhancer - I on MAG CORELIQUID I360

In the graph above we are running Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p with an RTX 4090, the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with the MAG CORELIQUID I360 hit 74c while gaming. When we attached the Offset Kit Enhanced, we got the exact same temperature while gaming, 74c, with no change in this particular game while gaming.

Dying Light 2 Temperature MSI LGA 1851 Offset Kit Enhancer - I on MAG CORELIQUID I360

In Dying Light 2 we are running at 1080p with an RTX 4090, the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with the MAG CORELIQUID I360 hit 68c. When we installed the Offset Kit Enhancer, the CPU temperature did drop 1 degree to 67c, a 1% difference in temperature.

Starfield Temperature MSI LGA 1851 Offset Kit Enhancer - I on MAG CORELIQUID I360

In Starfield we are running at 1080p with an RTX 4090, the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with the MAG CORELIQUID I360 hit 72c while gaming. When we installed the Offset Kit Enhancer, the CPU temperature dropped 1 degree to 71c, a 1% difference in temperature.

Alan Wake 2 Temperature MSI LGA 1851 Offset Kit Enhancer - I on MAG CORELIQUID I360

In Alan Wake 2 we are running at 1080p with an RTX 4090, the Intel Core Ultra 9 285K with the MAG CORELIQUID I360 hit 65c while gaming. When we installed the Offset Kit Enhancer, the CPU temperature dropped 2 degrees to 63c, a 3% difference in temperature.
