The Radeon RX 9070 and Radeon RX 9070 XT, two of the first graphics cards to be powered by AMD’s new RDNA 4 architecture, will be released by March 23, according to new listings for custom Radeon RX 9070 Series graphics cards that have surfaced on B&H Photo, including Prime and TUF Gaming models from ASUS.
“Preorder starts at 9:00am ET, Sun Mar 23,” reads a portion of B&H Photo’s Radeon RX 9070 Series listings, which, if the retailer’s NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series listings are any indication, imply that to be the day that they will be available for purchase.
“Why am I getting a sponsored post on Reddit that says I can ‘play right now’ with the RX 9000 series when the launch is planned for March?” reads a question on the /r/AMD subreddit regarding what is said to be official ads from red team, including those that suggest the Radeon RX 9070 Series is already available “immediately” for making “every game a success.”
“I presume because AMDs marketing division is very good, full of highly competent people, and organised well,” reads a highly upvoted response.
“AMDs marketing division is certainly one of the divisions of all time,” reads another.
