Originally announced under the name Project Magnum, The First Descendant is also officially launching today on a handful of new-gen and old-gen consoles, including PS4, PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

NVIDIA on what DLSS 3.5 can do GeForce RTX 40 Series users on PC:

- “On the GeForce RTX 4090, a 2.5X boost enables owners of the world’s fastest gaming graphics card to play at over 120 FPS, for the absolute ultimate experience.”
- “A 2.8X performance multiplier enables owners of the GeForce RTX 4070 and 4070 SUPER to exceed 60 FPS. And a 2.7X performance multiplier enables the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER to exceed 80 FPS, and the 4080 SUPER hits 100 FPS.”
- “At 2560×1440, a 2X average multiplier delivers higher frame rates for our GPUs, and also allows owners of the GeForce RTX 4060 Ti 16GB to play at over 60 FPS with everything maxed out.”
- “And at 1920×1080, the most popular gaming resolution, owners of all GeForce RTX 4060 desktop GPUs can play at over 60 FPS thanks to a 1.9X performance boost.”
