Elon Musk, the businessman and investor who is partially known for being the richest person on Earth (net worth: $285.7 billion) and, more recently, having helped president-elect Trump secure a second U.S. presidency, is no longer in the top-20 list of Diablo IV players, according to leaderboard rankings for the action RPG’s “Pit” challenge that can be found online. The news comes just two days after Musk appeared on the Joe Rogan Experience, telling the influential podcaster that he was in the top 20 of Diablo IV players, a feat that practically no other player in the U.S. could claim. Critics of Musk say that there’s a huge catch with this, however.
There are no official leaderboards for The Pit. Helltides.com is not affiliated with Activision Blizzard. These rankings are based on screen-recorded runs submitted by the players themselves. And the number of submissions used to create this list? 881. To be fair to Musk, clearing The Pit in 2 minutes and 45 seconds is no mean feat.
