Valve has published the winners of the 2024 Steam Awards, and with it comes the news that Black Myth Wukong has won the Game of the Year Award for the latest iteration of the contest, chosen based on votes that were gathered during the ongoing Steam Winter Sale that ends on January 2 at 10 a.m. PT. Metro Awakening VR, the new VR game from Vertigo Games that was inspired by the world introduced by Russian writer Dmitry Glukhovsky’s novel, was also a big winner, having been awarded the VR Game of the Year Award.
