Kojima Productions has released a new 4K trailer for its reclusive but highly anticipated PS4 title, Death Stranding, offering both a first look at gameplay and Fall release date: November 8, 2019. It’s the first game from Metal Gear and Policenauts creator Hideo Kojima after he cut ties with Konami and established his own studio.

The trailer proves that Death Stranding will be a beautiful game, but it doesn’t say much about the plot or what kind of unique gameplay mechanics it’ll have, if any. Stealth appears to have returned, as the lead character (Sam, played by Norman Reedus) can be seen in one portion attempting to sneak past a few wraithlike figures. They’re presumably the primary antagonists of the story.

Death Stranding features an all-star cast that includes Mads Mikkelsen, Lea Seydoux, Margaret Qualley, and Lindsay Wagner. Kojima has even included two of his director friends in the game, Guillermo Del Toro and Nicolas Winding Refn.
