343 Studios has uploaded an 18-minute look at what Halo: Reach looks like on PC, running in 4K. Needless to say, it’s a substantial improvement over the Xbox versions.
As promised, Microsoft and 343 Industries have initiated the first flighting phase of the Halo prequel, which will help the developers fine-tune its control mechanics and squash bugs. Unfortunately, there is still no clear release date.
The primary goal of this first flight is to help the team validate the process and pipelines to get a build out to Insiders on Steam at a larger scale. A secondary goal will be to get player feedback on the current state of mouse and keyboard controls and how the game “feels” on PC.
