When using the take a picture feature to add a credit card to Itunes some users are receiving an unexpected bonus. They get an image on their phones from someone else’s credit card info. Things such as names, last 4 digits, and full billing address. One user reported having spoken to Apple and they are aware of the problem and working towards a solution. Users may want to reconsider updating to iOS 13 for while longer.
