I admit that ever since watching the movie “Hugo” I have had an increased fascination with automatons. If you are not familiar with it then I recommend at least reading up on it as it has a touch of film making history, automatons, and of course some family friendly storytelling.

Well if our future robot overlords are anything like this maybe things will turn out for the better. Youtuber, Kezanti, has released this video showcasing his newest creation and I believe it might end up being a hit. He definitely has some impressive skills and artistic direction going on with this. If makes one that makes beer we may all be beating down his door to get one.

I have to give credit to “Right This Minute” as we watch this show every morning and they debuted a quick segment today.

If you have any stories, or insight, into the history of automatons please share them. I am sure a number of our readers will have some fascination with these pre-electronic creations.

As a child of the 70’s I was part of the many who became enthralled by the video arcade invasion of the 1980’s. Saving money from various odd jobs I purchased my first computer from a friend of my dad, a used Atari 400, around 1982. Eventually it would end up being a lifelong passion of upgrading and modifying equipment that, of course, led into a career in IT support.
