Not everyone is comfortable with using tablets for day-to-day work tasks while on the go, nor do most like the sometimes cumbersome nature that gaming laptops can have. Well, ASUS is still looking out for the enterprise business market of laptops and has released the ExpertBook B9450, which features the latest Intel 10th-gen CPUs.

This new ultra-thin, ultra-light laptop arrives with some very competitive specs. For starters, ASUS claims it is the world’s lightest 14″ business laptop, weighing in at 2.2 lbs. On to the size side of things, it is approximately 14.9-mm thick. That means it is within hairs of being twice as thick as a modern iPhone. The laptop also features up to 24 hours of battery life and can charge up to 60 percent in 45 minutes.

As a child of the 70’s I was part of the many who became enthralled by the video arcade invasion of the 1980’s. Saving money from various odd jobs I purchased my first computer from a friend of my dad, a used Atari 400, around 1982. Eventually it would end up being a lifelong passion of upgrading and modifying equipment that, of course, led into a career in IT support.
