Birdman and his friends have returned for more 900s, wall plants, and other sick tricks in virtual form. Today, Activision announced Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 – remastered versions of two of the most beloved skateboarding games of all time. The package, which was developed by Vicarious Visions (Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy), offers updated and enhanced graphics in 4K 60 FPS.

Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 and 2 will feature the full original roster of pro skaters from the turn of the 21st century,” wrote Activision. “That includes Steve Caballero, Geoff Rowley, Bucky Lasek, Elissa Steamer, Kareem Campbell, Andrew Reynolds, Bob Burnquist, Eric Koston, Rodney Mullen, Jamie Thomas, Rune Glifberg, Chad Muska… And of course, Tony Hawk.”

“The remaster will also feature all the original levels from the first two games in the franchise, from the Warehouse to The Bullring, as well as many of the songs from the original games to amp you up while you go for that Sick Score. Those levels can be played solo with goals old and new, with a buddy for local co-op, or online with original multiplayer game modes.”

Revamped versions of the Create-A-Skater and Create-A-Park modes are also back for Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2, which allow players to develop their own skaters and parks with an editor. These creations can be shared online with friends.

Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 1+2 will be available on September 4, 2020 for the PC (Epic Games Store), Xbox One, Xbox One X, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 4 Pro. There’s also a collector’s edition, which adds digital deluxe content and a limited-run Birdhouse deck on top of the base game.
