AMD hasn’t said too much about its upcoming A520 chipset, but we all know that it’s coming. Following on the heels of ASUS, ASRock (via @momomo_us) has registered twelve of its own A520 motherboards for regulatory approval at the EEC, which comprise Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX SKUs such as the A520M Pro4 and A520M-ITX/ac. Here’s the full list.

  • A520M Pro4
  • A520M Pro4 R2.0
  • A520M Pro4 R3.0
  • A520M-HDV
  • A520M-HDVP
  • A520M-HDV R2.0
  • A520M-HDV R3.0
  • A520M-HVS
  • A520M-HVS R2.0
  • A520M-ITX/ac
  • A520M/ac
  • A520M-HVS R3.0

According to a chipset support chart referenced by VideoCardz, AMD has limited its A520 chipset to six PCIe 3.0 lanes, four SATA ports, and nine USB ports, one of which is SuperSpeed. These motherboards will also lack overclocking and dual graphics support.
