EVGA has updated its website with water-cooled variants of the GeForce RTX 3080 and GeForce RTX 3090, which comprise four models in the HYDRO COPPER series and six models/kits in the HYBRID series. The former leverages full-cover VGA water blocks, while the latter provides the benefit of water cooling in a single, self-contained unit.

“EVGA HYDRO COPPER full-cover VGA waterblocks are the ultimate solution to quench the demands of high-end gaming, rendering, Folding, Crunching, Benchmarking, or whatever tasks your system is built to perform,” EVGA wrote. “Featuring a combination of solid copper and nickel plating, these waterblocks cover all the important components, while ensuring complete silence by eliminating the need for a cooling fan.”

“EVGA’s GeForce RTX 3090 / 3080 Series HYBRID cooler gives you the benefits of custom water cooling in a simple self-contained unit,” EVGA added. “No additional parts and hardware needed. Easy and simple installation with no-hassle maintenance. EVGA HYBRID graphics cards give you the total package of raw performance, cooling, and aesthetics.”

According to EVGA’s testing, the GeForce RTX 3090 XC3 HYDRO COPPER offers a 28 improvement in GPU load temperatures and 33 improvement in memory load temperatures. Likewise, the GeForce RTX 3090 XC3 HYBRID offers a 34.9 improvement in GPU load temperatures and a 11 percent improvement in memory load temperatures.
