VideoCardz has shared an official performance slide for one of NVIDIA’s upcoming Titanium graphics cards, the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti. The metrics suggest that the midrange GPU will not only be faster than its predecessor, the GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER, but the GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER as well.

The GeForce RTX 3060 Ti actually performs pretty similarly with the GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER in Gears 5 and Watch Dogs: Legion, but it appears to deliver marked improvements in various titles and applications across the rasterization, ray tracing, and rendering tests.

“The RTX 3060 Ti and RTX 2080 SUPER both feature 8GB GDDR6 memory, but the latter was the only Turing model to have 15.5 Gbps modules,” VideoCardz notes. “Meanwhile, the RTX 3060 Ti will stick to 14 Gbps. The graphics card will also be a lot cheaper, expected to be under 400 USD, while the fastest SUPER GeForce from 2019 retailed at 699 USD.”

NVIDIA will reportedly release the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti on December 2. Four additional Ampere cards – the GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, GeForce RTX 3060, GeForce RTX 3050 Ti, and GeForce RTX 3050 – are rumored to come out in January.
