Echoing previous rumors, Intel is planning to launch its 11th Gen Core “Rocket Lake-S” processors in just a few months. The confirmation stems from MSI’s official account on the South Korean Danawa forums, which posted a now-deleted message stating that the CPUs would be released at the end of March.

“Currently, Intel 10th generation bosses such as H410, B460, and Z490 are scheduled to support Intel 11th generation CPU, and the Z490 main board is being updated first,” MSI wrote. “Intel 11th generation CPUs are scheduled to be released at the end of March and will be updated one by one before the release in March.”

It was previously reported that Intel plans to release its Rocket Lake-S motherboards (i.e., Z590, B560, and H510) well in advance. These will likely be announced during the upcoming all-virtual CES 2021 conference in January.

“INTEL 500 series motherboard chipsets will include Z590, B560 , H510 series models are determined to be released on January 11, 2021, and according to sources, these three models will be released on January 11,” an author on China’s Weixin platform claimed.
