Crysis Remastered on Next-Gen Consoles Updated with Frame Rate Improvements, Classic Ascension Level

Crytek has released new updates for Crysis Remastered on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5 that add a range of frame rate performance improvements to select console versions of the popular sci-fi shooter. The new update enables the Performance, Quality, and Ray Tracing modes in the Xbox Series X and PS5 versions to run at 60 FPS, while the Xbox Series S gets two different choices for playing at 30 FPS. Crysis Remastered’s latest console updates also add the classic Ascension level back into the game, as well as classic Nanosuit controls and over 100 bug fixes.

XBOX SERIES S

  • Performance mode – 1080p – 60 fps
  • Quality mode – 2160p – 30 fps
  • RayTracing – 1080p – 30 fps

XBOX SERIES X

  • Performance mode – 1080p – 60 fps
  • Quality mode – 2160p – 60 fps
  • RayTracing – 1440p – 60 fps

PlayStation 5

  • Performance mode – 1080p – 60 fps
  • Quality mode – 1800p – 60 fps
  • RayTracing – 1440p – 60 fps
