Silicon Lottery has begun selling pre-binned versions of select “Rocket Lake-S” processors that represent the cream of the crop of Intel’s new 11th Gen Core family. These include a flagship Core i9-11900K option that can reach up to 5.1 GHz (8 cores) and 5.2 GHz (4 cores), as well as a Core i5-11600K option that can reach up to 5.0 GHz (6 cores) and 5.1 GHz (2 cores). All of Silicon Lottery’s picks are guaranteed to be stable as long as the user adheres to the company’s collection of settings and qualified hardware components, which can viewed on each processor’s respective sales page.

Once again, the pre-binned CPUs are for users who want to be guaranteed overclocks and clock speeds on their unlocked parts as you can see that just a quarter of the chips can achieve overclock beyond 5.0 GHz. Regardless, a 100-200 MHz difference in clock speeds won’t yield any major gains for the general audience but for enthusiasts, these chips are pure gold to play around with.
