LG has developed a fascinating OLED TV called the SIGNATURE OLED R that flexes the limits of the technology with a panel that’s capable of being rolled up and retracted into a premium base. According to an update on LG’s official U.S. site, the LG SIGNATURE OLED R will soon be available for purchase in the U.S. for the arguably excessive price of $100,000. LG’s SIGNATURE OLED R is a 64.5-inch display that offers all of the usual benefits of OLED technology, such as perfect blacks, intense color, and infinite contrast. The TV also leverages a third-generation α9 AI Processor for optimized picture and sound.

LG’s exquisite creation liberates users from the limitations of the wall, enabling owners to curate their living environment without having to permanently set aside space for a large, black screen that is only useful when turned on. With the ability transform into three different viewing formats – Full View, Line View and Zero View – LG SIGNATURE OLED R expands the user experience in exciting, new ways thanks in no small part to the company’s mastery of OLED technology.
