Ubisoft is planning to bring back a major Assassin’s Creed character as part of an upcoming DLC expansion for its latest installment, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla. This is according to quest data and dialogue lines uncovered by a leaker going by the name of J0nathan that suggest Assassin’s Creed Odyssey protagonist Kassandra will be returning to the series as part of a new questline taking place on the Scottish island of Skye. Kassandra will supposedly meet up with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla protagonist Eivor, who gets told that his love interest, Randvi, has been seen causing trouble in the area. The DLC seems to be Ubisoft’s cheeky way of addressing the controversy over how Randvi looks a lot like Kassandra; the developer had been accused of re-using assets from previous Assassin’s Creed titles by fans.

Eivor will hear word of a mysterious person who bears an uncanny resemblance to Ravensthorpe heartthrob Randvi, amid talk of some strange goings on. (This is a reference to how fans said Randvi looked like Kassandra.) We’ll leave the finer details of what happens next for you to experience – and the questline data is apparently still incomplete – but the leak certainly appears to suggest Eivor will meet with the Odyssey star.
