One of Walt Disney World’s upcoming attractions is the Galactic Star Cruiser, an immersive luxury hotel that aims to be the ultimate vacation experience for Star Wars fans in Florida with highlights that range from themed lounges and dining to lightsaber training.

Unfortunately, the experience doesn’t seem to be as affordable as some might have hoped.

As noted on a planning page, a “voyage” at the Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser hotel will start at $4,809 for two guests per cabin, while the three-guest and four-guest packages will cost $5,299 and $5,999, respectively. This means that the average family can expect to pay over $5,000 for what appears to be a relatively short, two-day experience.

That said, Disney’s concept art seems to support the idea of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser being a first-of-its-kind adventure. According to a sample itinerary, guests should be fully immersed throughout each day of their stay with events that include Sabacc lessons and droid racing competitions.
