Reputable leaker kopite7kimi has teased that the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti will utilize the GA106-150-A1 GPU and feature 3,072 CUDA cores along with 6 and/or 12 GB of GDDR6 memory. Its weaker sibling, the GeForce RTX 3050, will supposedly utilize the GA107-350-A1 GPU and feature 2,304 CUDA cores with a TGP that was initially hinted as being 90 watts.
