TCL revealed what it is calling the world’s first 32-inch 4K gaming monitor with a 240 Hz refresh rate at its recent Global Display Ecosystem Conference. It’s unclear how much it’ll cost, when it’ll be released, or whether it’ll even carry the TCL brand, but the display is significant in that the fastest 4K panels on the current market tap out at 144 Hz. The display also features a 1 ms response time.

From IT Home’s machine-translated report:

[…] TCL claims that this display is the world’s first 32″ UD 240HZ R800 gaming display, with 4K ultra-high resolution, 240Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time and Huaxing’s self-developed image quality compensation algorithm. Officially stated This monitor provides an ultra-smooth experience while providing the ultimate high-definition and detailed picture.

TCL also revealed another supposed first during the conference, the world’s first 65-inch 8K inkjet-printed OLED display. One of the primary benefits of this manufacturing process is lowered production costs.
