The eleventh title that the Epic Games Store is giving away as part of its 15 Days of Free Games promotion is Remedy Entertainment’s paranormal action shooter, Control.

Published by 505 Games, Control is a game that should not be missed by NVIDIA GeForce RTX 30 Series and AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series graphics card owners, as it remains one of the best titles for showcasing the beauty of ray tracing and how the technology can heighten both mood and atmosphere. The game will be available for free on the Epic Games Store until tomorrow (12/27) at 11:00 a.m. (EST).

“From developer Remedy Entertainment, this supernatural 3rd person action-adventure will challenge you to master the combination of supernatural abilities, modifiable loadouts and reactive environments while fighting through a deep and unpredictable world,” reads a game description.

Control is Jesse Faden’s story and her personal search for answers as she grows into the role of the Director. The world of Control has its own story, as do the allies Jesse meets along the way. Jesse works with other Bureau agents and discovers strange experiments and secrets.”

Remedy Entertainment is currently working on the long-awaited sequel to its cult-classic psychological thriller from 2012, Alan Wake. Jesse Faden or the FBC could play some part in the story, with Control having established that the universes are connected via documents found in the Panopticon and the AWE DLC.
