Those of you who want to be the first to brag to your friends about owning a QD-OLED display will want to head to Dell straight away, as the AW3423DW, Alienware’s 34-inch curved QD-OLED gaming monitor, is now available to order from the company’s online store for $1,307.49.

Sure, you could probably get an LG OLED with that amount of money, but this option can actually sit on your desk without dwarfing it and features a brand-new implementation of OLED display technology to boot. What’s also cool is that the product is supposedly available to ship within a day, indicating that the AW3423DW is in no way vaporware like Dell’s 4K OLED monitor from a couple of years ago.

For those who are already freaking out about taskbars and game UI elements being burned into the screen, Dell says that Alienware’s 34-inch curved QD-OLED gaming monitor has been specifically engineered to avoid permanent image retention. It’s unclear what Alienware is using for burn-in avoidance, but the monitor also comes with three-year service coverage for peace of mind in the event that it does happen.
