Universal Pictures has released a new trailer for the sixth installment of the Jurassic Park film franchise, Jurassic World Dominion. Pterosaurs flying around New York and the Freedom Tower, Mosasauruses leaping out of oceans to give sailors a bad day, and dinosaurs running amok in an European city are just a few of the scenes that the studio has chosen to hype up the film, which is scheduled for release exclusively in theaters on June 10. Jurassic World Dominion reunites the fan-favorite trio of Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, and Sam Neill from the original 1993 classic directed by Steven Spielberg.

This summer, experience the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era as two generations unite for the first time. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are joined by Oscar®-winner Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill in Jurassic World Dominion, a bold, timely and breathtaking new adventure that spans the globe.

From Jurassic World architect and director Colin Trevorrow, Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures.

Jurassic World Dominion’s new trailer also provides some decent glimpses of the movie’s new alpha predator, the Giganotosaurus. Colin Trevorrow, who has returned to direct after 2018’s Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, has compared the dinosaur to Batman’s arch nemesis, the Joker. “It just wants to watch the world burn,” he said in a recent interview with Empire Magazine.
