The key specifications for AMD’s upcoming lineup of refreshed Radeon RX 6000 Series graphics cards have been leaked courtesy of Wccftech. According to the publication, the flagship Radeon RX 6950 XT will feature a 335-watt TBP, which is lower than previous rumors (350 watts) but still 35 watts higher than the standard model. Users will also find 18 Gbps GDDR6 memory (576 GB/s) and a 2,100 MHz game clock and 2,310 MHz boost clock, an increase of 85 MHz and 60 MHz, respectively, over the Radeon RX 6900 XT. All of the refreshed models feature a Midnight Black shroud and are expected to launch on May 10 (reviews/marketing), with sales starting just two days later.

The AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT will come packed with the Navi 21 XTXH GPU in its fully-enabled die config featuring 80 Compute Units or 5120 SPs. The card will also feature 16 GB of GDDR6 memory across a 256-bit bus interface. There are also 80 Ray accelerators for ray-tracing enablement on the graphics cards (one RA per Compute Unit). The graphics card will operate at a GPU clock of 2.1 GHz and a boost clock of 2310 MHz. That’s an increase of up to 4% over the RX 6900 XT reference model which clocked at 2015 and 2250 MHz, respectively. The graphics card will offer up to 23.65 TFLOPs of peak FP32 performance.
