A leaker by the name of chi11eddog has shared MSI’s initial lineup of AM5 motherboards for AMD’s upcoming Ryzen 7000 Series processors. These include the PRO X670-P WIFI, MEG X670E ACE, MEG X670E GODLIKE, and the MPG X670E CARBON WIFI, whose new aesthetics have been teased in the images embedded in the tweet below. Chi11eddog’s leak also includes diagrams for the I/O featured in the MSI PRO X670-P WIFI and MSI MPG X670E CARBON WIFI, and they look to be more than adequate: users should expect to find HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, USB 20 G Type-C, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, WiFi 6E, and more with these motherboards. MSI and all of the other big manufacturers are expected to unveil their latest hardware during Computex 2022, which starts next week.

Based on the details posted by the leaker, the MSI MPG X670E Carbon WIFI will come with an 18+2 phase (90A) VRM design while the PRO X670-P WIFI will feature a 14+2 (80A) phase design. Both of these are more of the mainstream offerings so we can expect over 20 VRM phases just for the CPU (AMD Ryzen 7000) on the flagship MEG offerings. Other features include HDMI 2.1 FRL, DP1.4 HBR 3 (4K 120Hz) display outputs, 2.5G Ethernet LAN port, and WiFI 6E capabilities. Plus, there are a hand-full amount of USB Gen 2 ports on each motherboard which will make these a great choice for new Ryzen builders.
