Adobe has announced that it will be acquiring Figma for approximately $20 billion in cash and stock. Loved by employees at some of the biggest companies in the world, including Microsoft, Figma is described as a collaborative design platform that has proven very popular for developing websites and other sorts of interface work, allowing users to easily manage and update assets in real-time.
