Xbox has announced that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is now available to play via Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. The second title in Ubisoft’s Layla Hassan trilogy, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey centers on two siblings, Kassandra and Alexios, who battle Athenian and Spartan soldiers, bandits, cult members, and even a few mythological creatures throughout the ancient Greek islands as part of an extensive quest to reunite their families, end the Cult of Kosmos, and much more.

From Xbox:

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is now available with Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass. Write your own epic odyssey and become a legendary Spartan hero in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, an inspiring adventure where you must forge your destiny and define your own path in a world on the brink of tearing itself apart. Influence how history unfolds as you experience a rich and ever-changing world shaped by your decisions.

The full versions of Legacy of the First Blade and The Fate of Atlantis, Assassin’s Creed Odyssey’s two DLCs, do not appear to be included in the Game Pass versions. The latter is regarded by many Assassin’s Creed fans as one of the better DLCs in the franchise’s history, taking players to the legendary city introduced in Plato’s writings.
