AMD has confirmed that it will be launching its first Radeon RX 7000 Series graphics cards on November 3. The date was shared by Scott Herkelman, SVP and GM of AMD Radeon, who tweeted a promotional image for the event and told followers to join the company on that date, when it’ll be launching “RDNA 3 to the world.” More details are to come.

AMD’s announcement came just a few hours before NVIDIA held its GeForce Beyond broadcast, which offered the first official look at the company’s new GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards in the form of the GeForce RTX 4090 and GeForce RTX 4080 (16 GB, 12 GB).
Red team is expected to battle these with the Radeon RX 7950 XT and other RDNA 3-based options, which will feature solid improvements in efficiency, as noted in an article that AMD shared regarding performance-per-watt yesterday.
