GIGABYTE has announced the AORUS Gen4 5000E, its latest PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD. Featuring PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe 1.4, a 2280 M.2 design, and 3D TLC NAND flash, the SSD offers up to 5,000 MB/s sequential read and 4,600 MB/s sequential write speeds, as well as 30% lower overall power consumption. It will be released on the market “soon” in two capacities, 500 GB and 1,000 GB.
