Marvel’s Midnight Suns Falls to a New Historical Low a Month After Release

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is the latest game to spark conversation over whether it’s worth buying games at launch, as the new tactical RPG from 2K and Marvel Entertainment, which is set in the darker side of the Marvel Universe and brings players face-to-face against supernatural forces, is already available at a significant discount just a month after its release.

The Steam and Epic Games Store versions of Marvel’s Midnight Suns are currently available through Green Man Gaming for $35.37, while its Digital+ and Legendary editions are avaialble for $47.16 and $58.95, respectively.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns launched on December 2, 2022 for $59.99.

“Created by Firaxis Games, the legendary studio behind the critically-acclaimed, world-renowned XCOM and Civilization franchises, Marvel’s Midnight Suns combines the rich story, character relationships, customization, and progression of an RPG with the tactical strategy and combat mechanics of a revolutionary new card-based tactics game,” reads a description for the game, which features an 83 Metascore on Metacritic.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns is also available to play on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch consoles.

Another recent release that is currently heavily discounted is Need for Speed Unbound, whose standard and Palace Editions are available through the Epic Games Store for $31.49 and $35.99, respectively, for those with an Epic Coupon.

Developed by Criterion Games, Need for Speed Unbound was officially released on December 2, 2022, for $69.99.
