AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D owners can expect anywhere from 9% to 12% higher FPS when certain optimizations and features, including AMD’s Extended Profiles for Overclocking (EXPO), are enabled, according to a confidential slide from MSI that leaker chi11eddog shared today on Twitter. Assuming that MSI’s numbers are correct, some of the games that will benefit substantially from the optimizations include Shadow of the Tomb Raider and Watch Dogs: Legion, the latter of which is shown with a nearly 10% FPS improvement with EXPO (DDR5-6000), Enhanced Mode Boost 3, and High-Efficiency Mode enabled. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D will be available beginning this Thursday, April 6, for $449.

From a chi11eddog tweet:

Leaked internal document shows Ryzen 7800X3D game performance. And nearly 10% faster (Watch Dogs Legion) with optimized EXPO/CPU settings.
