Disney+ has announced that it will begin streaming a new Simpsons short called Rogue Not Quite One as part of this year’s Star Wars Day celebrations, which are set for Thursday, May 4. Headlining Rogue Not Quite One is Maggie Simpson, and while a trailer for the short hasn’t been released yet, a synopsis and piece of key art can confirm that the youngest Simpsons family member will be traveling across the galaxy in the hovering pram made popular by one of The Mandalorian’s most popular characters, Grogu. The short will also feature Homer and TIE fighters.

From a Disney+ news post:

In the upcoming short, Homer loses track of Maggie who hops in Grogu’s hovering pram for a hyperspace-hopping adventure across the galaxy. Facing a squadron of Imperial TIE fighters, Maggie brings the battle to Springfield in this epic short celebrating all things Star Wars. New key art giving fans a first-look at Maggie’s adventures in a galaxy far, far away can be downloaded HERE.

“Maggie Simpson in ‘Rogue Not Quite One’” is the latest in a collection of shorts from “The Simpsons” created exclusively for Disney+. The previously released shorts “The Simpsons meet the Bocellis in ‘Feliz Navidad,’” “Welcome to the Club,” “When Billie Met Lisa” (Emmy nominated), “Maggie Simpson in ‘The Force Awakens from Its Nap’” (Emmy nominated), “The Good, The Bart, and The Loki” and “The Simpsons in Plusaversary” are currently available on Disney+.
