Bloober Games has announced that its demo for Layers of Fear has been released on Steam and is available to play until Monday, May 22. Layers of Fear is a new installment of Bloober Games’ psychological horror adventure series that claims to offer the definitive versions of Layers of Fear and Layers of Fear 2, which originally launched in 2016 and 2019, respectively, but have now been rebuilt on Unreal Engine 5, coupled with a never-before-told story called The Writer that promises to tie everything together. An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti or better GPU is recommended for ray tracing at 4K, according to a list of PC system requirements that Bloober Games has shared. Layers of Fear is set for launch on June 15, 2023.
