Ziggurat Interactive has announced that Enclave HD will be released for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on June 29, 2023, with a PlayStation 5 version coming soon after that date. There doesn’t seem to be any word yet about a PC version that could replace the current one, but with Enclave HD, players can expect an updated version of Starbreeze’s 2002 classic that features upgraded visuals and more, including all-new music tracks, which Ziggurat has described as being “epic.” Enclave II was announced for Xbox, PS2, and PC in 2003, but that ended up getting canceled after Starbreeze got into legal problems with publisher Swing! Entertainment.
“Fans have been eager to dive back into the action of Enclave, and we’re thrilled to be able to open the Rift for console players this month,” said Dirk P. Hassinger, Vice President of Business Development at TopWare Interactive, licensor of the Enclave franchise.
“We’ve worked hard to ensure that the HD upgrade will present the game on modern consoles stunningly, and introduce even more updated and new things for players to enjoy,” added Kate Woods, Vice President at Ziggurat Interactive, publisher of Enclave HD.

Enclave HD is a third-person action role-playing game with intense medieval combat, an epic soundtrack, and two separate story-driven campaigns which have the player fighting for the forces of Light or Darkness.
