Meta has introduced Meta Quest+, a new VR subscription service that aims to make it easier for both new and seasoned VR gamers to explore the Meta Quest catalog. For a monthly fee of $7.99 USD or an annual fee of $59.99 USD, subscribers will gain access to two hand-picked VR titles every month, although those who sign up now through July 31 can get their first month for just $1 as part of an introductory offer.

The Meta Quest+ subscription service aims to combine curation and convenience, allowing users to spend less time browsing and more time playing. Each month, subscribers will receive two titles to redeem, enjoy, and master. The selection includes a mix of VR’s biggest hits, hidden gems, and back-catalog classics, making it an affordable way to expand one’s VR library.

The first month’s offerings include Cloudhead Games’ action-rhythm FPS Pistol Whip and ARVORE Immersive Experiences’ nostalgic arcade adventure Pixel Ripped 1995. In August, subscribers can look forward to Mighty Coconut’s Walkabout Mini Golf and Terrible Posture Games’ MOTHERGUNSHIP: FORGE.

Subscribers can keep each title as long as they maintain their Meta Quest+ subscription, and they can cancel at any time. If a user decides to rejoin the service later, they will regain access to all the titles from their original paid subscription period.

Meta Quest+ is available to all owners of Quest 2 and Quest Pro headsets and is forward-compatible with the upcoming Quest 3. The service is exclusively available on the Meta Quest Store.
