Insomniac Games has released the PC specifications for Nixxes’ port of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, revealing that players will need at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon RX 470 to play the game, including 75 GB of HDD space, SSD recommended. Ultimate Ray Tracing, the 4K/60 FPS experience with ray-traced reflections and other effects, calls for 32 GB of memory. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is out for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on July 26, 2023.

Join Discussion →Another one of the Sony-exclusive games I've been waiting to come to PC. I don't have 32GB of system RAM but I'm gonna give the game a whirl at max settings anyways. Just gotta wait for the game to hit a good sale price. I've seen it at $30 on PS5 multiple times, so I definitely won't pay more than that.
Honestly with the cost of ram coming down for DDR4, 32 gig is so cheap and easy by comparison. It's the cost of a game.
Yyeeaahh, I just don't really wanna put any more money into my aging system. I'm long overdue for a new system, just the funding hasn't been there. My current PC turns 9 years old in a few months. I have never used a PC so long. I think my previous record was 4 or 5 years.
Also I never buy games at full price, so to me the "cost of a game" is $5-20.
My last system was pushing 12 years, so you have time.
Yeah I think I got 8 or 9 years out of my last system, and was still able to sell it after that for a surprising amount of money
Yea I'm riding my current build at least into 2024. Just built it in 2022.. might go longer and just swap the 9800xt for whatever next gen is from AMD or Nvidia, hell or even Intel if they up their game. I don't have a brand loyalty.
Though I do want to tinker with the Nvidia broadcast app. Sucks that nobody has a real competitor to that yet.
