AMD has shared a trio of benchmarks that show off what Radeon RX 7000 Series users can expect when they enable HYPR-RX and Radeon Anti-Lag+, two of AMD’s latest gaming technologies, in some of today’s more popular games. According to one set of benchmarks, HYPR-RX not only delivers improvements of up to 56 FPS in games that include Shadow of the Tomb Raider, but also lower input latency of up to 134 ms in games that include Ghostwire: Tokyo. The benefits of Radeon Anti-Lag+ are demonstrated in a third benchmark that shows solid improvements in input latency versus the previous iteration of the technology.

AMD HYPR-RX Performance

HYPR-RX is our latest feature that allows users to easily optimize their Radeon Graphics and achieve elevated performance and reduce latency in games. With HYPR-RX enabled, AMD Radeon Super Resolution (RSR), AMD Radeon Anti-Lag, and AMD Radeon Boost work together to elevate your performance and minimize your input latency by stacking the benefits from each one of these technologies on any compatible HYPR-TUNED game.

AMD Radeon Anti-Lag+ Performance

The AMD Radeon Anti-Lag feature in AMD Software: Adrenalin Edition can shrink input latency by almost a full frame to help increase responsiveness in your game. Radeon Anti-Lag helps minimize input latency by pacing the CPU work and reducing the amount of CPU work in the queue so it doesn’t get too far ahead of the GPU. […] With our latest AMD Software update, we’re introducing AMD Radeon Anti-Lag+. Anti-Lag+ takes responsive gaming to the next level by introducing Anti-Lag with specific latency-reducing profiles per-game.
