A new trailer showcasing sixteen iconic maps for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer has been released ahead of its premiere live event. The two-minute trailer which has only been out for one day has already been viewed just over three million times so needless to say fans are probably excited about the upcoming November 10 release. According to Activision all of the original maps from 2009’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 have been upgraded with modern features and will be available at launch with 12 new 6v6 maps to be added later. More details about the multiplayer maps can be found here. The popular Zombies mode will also return with its biggest map ever including a new Zombies story, missions, features, and more.

“All 16 launch maps from the original Modern Warfare 2 (2009) have been modernized with new modes and gameplay features and will be available at launch to get everyone started, while over 12 all-new core 6v6 maps will fuel post-launch live seasons.
Modern Warfare III will also launch with new Ground War maps boasting innovative play spaces and the epic return and evolution of the popular War Mode that first debuted in 2017’s Call of Duty: WWII.”

Activision has said that those who pre-order the game will gain access to open-beta play but availability depends on the version purchased.
