Saber Interactive has announced that Expeditions: A MudRunner Game will be released for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store on March 5, 2024.
Focus Entertainment, the publisher behind Expeditions, has shared the following description for the game, which is now available to pre-order and marks the newest installment in the simulation franchise that allows players to tackle all sorts of challenging terrain in various off-road vehicles, including trucks, SUVs, and more:
Drive a variety of all-terrain vehicles through treacherous paths, utilizing advanced technologies and high-tech tools to overcome obstacles. Equip your vehicles with essential gadgets like drones and scanners to ensure success in the wild, or use tools like metal detectors to locate caches of valuable equipment. “Expeditions is a real call to adventure, with new gadget-packed vehicles to help you overcome any obstacle on missions where success depends on being prepared,” Focus Entertainment added in its press release.
MudRunner, the first MudRunner game, launched in 2017, while its sequel, SnowRunner, emerged a few years later in April 2020, upping the challenge from muddy, unpaved roads, to frozen lakes and more.
MudRunner is available for just $3.99 on Steam until December 31, while SnowRunner is available for $29.99. Players who haven’t tried the games yet can also grab both for 35% off as part of a bundle deal.
