Ubisoft has updated that the “correct” Star Wars Outlaws release window is in 2024 following a recent post on the Disney Parks blog that originally stated a late 2024 launch. Ironically, Star Wars Outlaws had previously already been announced as a 2024 game but it seems that perhaps someone jumped the gun in narrowing down its launch window. IGN caught on quickly to the post and reported on it only to have Ubisoft reach out saying that the post had been updated to the “correct” Star Wars Outlaws window of 2024. Why it would matter is a bit of a vague topic but it could be tied to marketing, contracts, and other licensing product deadlines.

As a child of the 70’s I was part of the many who became enthralled by the video arcade invasion of the 1980’s. Saving money from various odd jobs I purchased my first computer from a friend of my dad, a used Atari 400, around 1982. Eventually it would end up being a lifelong passion of upgrading and modifying equipment that, of course, led into a career in IT support.
