Launch day numbers for the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER, GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, and Radeon RX 7600 XT have arrived courtesy of one of Germany’s bigger retailers, revealing what customer sentiment and interest might be like for some of NVIDIA and AMD’s latest GPUs. Mindfactory was only able to move around 30 units of the Radeon RX 7600 XT, while the GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER and GeForce RTX 4070 Ti SUPER sold ~240 and ~280–300 units, respectively.

This is all the more surprising given the almost unanimous (negative) verdict on the card from the specialist press and hardware enthusiasts. Apparently something else counts for graphics card buyers – for example the 16 GB of VRAM, which the card now offers in contrast to its non-Super predecessor.
